Ingredients
1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
1 1⁄2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons dry mustard
1 leg of lamb (trimmed for roasting)
Directions
Blend ingredients for marinade: oil, garlic powder and mustard.
Coat leg of lamb with marinade; refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight.
Adjust meat on barbecue spit and roast for 30 minutes per pound or until 170oF on meat thermometer, basting meat continuously with marinade.
